Shop Policies

**Processing times:  Most items we have are all RTS (ready to ship).  We only ship Monday-Friday.  We are located in California (so we might be in a different time zone than you).  Most orders ship within 2-3 days of payment.  Anything that is handmade and will have a longer processing time will be noted in the item description itself.

**Shipping:  We currently only ship within the USA (we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii).  Some items will include shipping others are done on a calculated shipping basis.  We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.  WE DO NOT SHIP TO AN ADDRESS MESSAGED TO US.  If this is a gift item please provide the correct address in checkout.  If an item is returned to us for incorrect shipping, the customer will be responsible to pay shipping to have it resent.  Items that included free shipping will not be resent for free.

Free shipping is done with our standard shipping method.

Wholesale – We do offer wholesale opportunities.  Please e-mail us for our form (you will need a tax id #& business license).  Not all items apply.

**Returns:  Due to the nature of the items we sell we do not accept returns or exchanges.  We are happy to answer any questions prior to your purchase (feel free to e-mail us jenn@heartnsol.com).  If there is an issue with your order you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.  Photos will be required.  We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds:  The shop owner can issue a store credit shall it be deemed.
